The policy of the NESMA is, that you may download all NESMA Manuals and Guides free of charge, except the official ISO Certified Counting Practices Manual. This way NESMA wants to stimulate the further promulgation of FPA.Many of the NESMA Books have been translated into English and other languages, like Brasilian/Portuguese. You may download them from http://books.nesma.nl. In Dutch there are even more books, see http://boeken.nesma.nl.
